Things we will always remember about Randy was that he was caring, and he was giving. He was a loving husband, father, stepfather, grandfather, brother, and friend among many things. We will miss the many things about Randy, his love for the sweeter things in life, his funny sound effects that made us all laugh (especially his grandchildren), his friendly personality, but most of all his infectious laugh, smile, and jokes. He would often spend his vacation driving to Missouri, Alabama, or to a destination in the United States to visit his loved ones.

He enjoyed recreational shooting, fishing, watching the Ohio State Buckeyes football and enjoyed driving on an open road. He was a dedicated and hard worker, placing service before self and always willing to help his team. At the time of death, he was employed in Logistics with Quest Diagnostics. He was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force and served in Operation Desert Shield. Randy graduated from Belpre High School in 1977. He is preceded in death by his father, Harold "Slim" Martin his mother, Betty J.

Louis, MO a stepdaughter, Emilia Ruiz (Daniel) of San Antonio, TX a stepson, Sergio Cardenas of Columbus, OH his twin sister, Chris Bessette (Jim) of Seminole, AL his younger sister, Susan Kopcho (Nick) of Greenville, NC and two step grandsons, Noah and David Ruiz, whom he adored. He is survived by his loving wife, Rosemary two sons Joshua and Benjamin Martin of St. Randy Martin, formerly of Belpre, OH, entered into eternal rest on April 27, 2021, at the age of 63 years old in San Antonio, Texas.
